We utilize the latest software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other mainstream programs that are compatible with our process. We will install your fonts and double check your document for file setup errors.

If you already have a password, please continue using it.

When you send in your disks,  the first thing we do is to flight check the document to see if there are any problems such as missing fonts, low-res pictures, RGB pictures, 4-color black type, etc.
