FTP Upload Information
Terms of Service
By clicking “I Agree” below, you are agreeing to the following terms of use for our FTP site.
~ All images must be converted to CMYK
~ All native file uploads must include the files and supporting fonts and links (i.e. fonts, images, etc.)
Make sure to “Package” or “Collect” the files together prior to compressing.
~ All PDF file uploads must meet the following qualifications
All black text must be set to 100% Black to Overprint (Multiply)
All bleeds must be set at 0.125” or greater on all sides
All booklets must be sent in Single-
All crop/trim marks must be offset 0.25”
~ All file uploads MUST be compressed (i.e. WinZip, Win-
~ Due to the nature of electronic file transmission, we are not responsible for files that fail to upload completely or are corrupted during
transmission. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate sales representative to ensure that their files have uploaded
successfully. Our FTP automatically sends an email notification upon disconnection, however, this does not indicate a successful upload.
